On time, had all the skills for securely and efficiently packing our stuff in a PODS container. No wasted time or energy, I'd absolutely use them again.

After a wonderful experience with Hire a Helper in Dallas (Rental Truck Help) I was a little concerned about Go2Movers for the reasons listed below. However, everything worked out just fine.
I received the following text the day before the move:
" This is David with Go2Movers. Just confirming your unload tomorrow. 10 AM to 11 AM arrival window. We will be there closer to 11 AM. We will only have the two hours available. There is a possibility that it could go over the two hours. I would like to suggest a third mover to ensure the unload is complete."
I then received a call the morning of the move and David stated it was raining really hard where he was and another customer cancelled because of the rain.
Note, it was pouring in Dallas and the movers were great. I assured David it wasn't raining in Georgetown and the move wouldn't be too bad. In the end it took his two guys about 45 minutes to include hooking up the washer and dryer.
We are satisfied customers and I can appreciate David's concerns. Thank you

Flawless experience. Crew showed up early, brought carts & dollies, hustled to get it done, packed the truck well, were friendly and polite. These guys needed little directioning, took initiative and were professional. Would highly recommend it if you need moving labor help. Absolutely worth it.

Exceptional skill in packing PODS - this guy is the tetris master.
The also looked at a few of my items and knew to take the casters off to avoid breaking.

they were on-time
They were prepared (though I did have to buy extra plastic wrap)
They worked hard (and finished an hour early)
They were friendly and respectful
They had a bit of trouble getting their head around the fact that I was NOT moving all my stuff to a house where it would all get unpacked right away (I needed things carefully labeled because most of it would be going into storage and I would need to be able to find individual items) - so in spite of repeated requests, some of my things did not get labeled and some of the things I needed access to were put too deep into the pod to get them.
That said, they were a life saver and I would definitely recommend them for any POD packing. They got all of my stuff into one pod, saving me thousands of dollars (since I didn't need a 2nd pod).

Professional and went above and beyond. Just tell them where to put the stuff and they’ll do it for you. He even disassembled the wobbly bookcase so they can bring it down safely. Highly recommend them.

It all started out a bit disturbing. Helper called prior to set up expectations. Saying they might not be finished in due time as they also needed to unhook appliances which they however stating they have lots of experience with. Calling themselves the best movers in all of Austin
They arrived in time and even found a 3rd helper.
Let’s get to the 3rd helper and payment of such.
3rd helper was very efficient. Packed and moved all in great efficient way.
Boss and 2nd helper were not very good to de-assemble. They made a mess on our wood floor de assembling our washer. Spilling lots of water. They forgot to keep the drip pan underneath when taking pipes off.
They didn’t not drain the machine for water before moving it.
Movers spend almost 1 hour to de-assemble 1 washer with pedestal and 1 dryer with pedestal.
They spend almost another 90 minutes to de-assemble our fridge.
They didn’t check the width of our front door before packing our fridge. Resulting in extra time wasted as the fridge door needed to be removed and attached again.
Manager even stated our 2 x 16 foot container wasn’t enough for our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom furniture.
After 4 hours of work washer and dryer was in 1 container together with 50% of boxes. Container was 2/3 full.
Fridge was in the other 16 foot.
Movers left with words.
“I should have demanded $500 just for de-assembling the fridge”. Furthermore for the 3rd helper he demanded $50 more than what hireahelper would have charged.
Finally the moved left us with a 1/3 job done with words. You need to book s 3rd 16foot container and hire us another 4 hours to finish the rest.
Together with a friend then we packed rest of all our furniture plus the second pedestal in less than 65 minutes.
I suggest never to hire this crew as they are not diligent nor truly service minded. For them it’s all about the money and how to extort the client.
