I am very pleased with the unloading of my storage container. Chris and his coworker were great!! First, they called me a couple of of times that morning to let me know their schedule and eta- great communication! My storage container wasn’t in front of my apartment so they had to do some walking and did so with ease! They put everything where I asked, and moved my heavy dresser twice for me.
I will definitely be using Simply The Best movers again when needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family!

3 guys showed 20 minutes late, which I did not have a problem with. But what I did have a problem with was they were supposed to be a reputable professional moving company . None of them wore a back Support, nor did they have a threshold ramp. So they piled the boxes as high as they could on the handtruck and then bounced it over the threshold down a step. Several things were scratched, including the front of the washer and dryer, and several furniture pieces. I was told to have 36 blankets ready, one for each piece of furniture. However, they used about six blankets and everything was crammed into the truck. wood against wood, metal against wood, etc. , until it was scratched. At one point, one of the guys knocked over two boxes, that were clearly marked “fragile- wine glasses”. I saw one guy on the truck actually throw a box down from the top to rearrange things. I had two boxes of candles, which they put in the truck without checking to see if they would be ok on there. I’m sure it is a melted mess in the truck.

The crew did show up on time and were very polite. The crew kept telling us we were good on space and likely wouldn't use the entire trailer. When the crew was finished, not only did not all of our stuff fit, but they were over our initial six hour allotment by THREE HOURS. They also didn't seem to pack the trailer all the way to the top either. If you hire this crew, ensure they are completely packing the trailer from top to bottom from the beginning and keep up with your time better than we did.

They were on time, they’re very respectful, they even called to see if they can come earlier just because they were available, they made sure to introduce themselves, they double checked with me with any item that might’ve been questionable, and they worked constantly the entire time. 100% would recommend

These guys are awesome!! They commented when they would arri and were on time. They worked the entire time they were here and packed my PODS with expertise. They were very personable and friendly. I would hire them again and use this service again as well!!

Javon and Don were amazing!!!! We couldn’t have asked for friendlier, more hardworking movers. They unpacked a 26 foot haul in 2 hours with smiles. They kept reminding me not to lift anything heavy and that they were here to do the work for me. So nice and great with my dog too! Highly recommend these two gentlemen.

Excellent workmen. Did much more in the time than i thought they could. Very careful and considerate. Moved into a 2 story home and half of it had to go upstairs. No problems.

If ever hard work needed a face it would be the faces of the wonderful men that came to my rescue and loaded my truck I could not say enough they were amazing and moved at the speed of light. Trust me in any case I would have paid more and still been happy with the service …..Thank you soooo much for taking a huge load off my shoulders ????????
