Scheduled two guys for two hours. Received an email confirming that they will arrive between the hours of 10am -11am. Gave the owner a call the day before to confirm details but he was driving and couldnt talk. Said he will call back. Got a call the day of the move and he expressed they were running late as a job ran later than expected. Said they can make it at 11:30. Got another phone after that saying they will be there at 12. And then the actual mover called and said he will be there at 1. I told the manager i had a uhaul i needed back by 4pm as long as we can finish by then that would be great. Well only one mover showed up at 1:10pm, the second mover showed up at 2:15. I really needed the help so i let it go but by 2:40 i was told the storage unit they were moving my stuff in was too small and they couldnt get everything in there. Left the remaining items on the truck and left. One of the movers told me i can make another reservation so i went online and did so. Scheduled the same time thinking i can get the job finished and again they were late. So i wasnt able to get the remaining items from my apartment and got two other people to put the remaining items in the storage unit. Eventhough i was told it woulddnt fit. So i ended up paying another $45 for the uhaul and wasted two days behind this company. I was shocked at how they handled my move. They had no sense of urgency for the job at all. The uhaul was already packed and at the public storage place they only needed to move the items to the unit. Not to mention they tried to charge me a cancellation fee after they didnt show up at the time that was scheduled. Im still traumatized by that. Will never use them again.

They did show up but I requested a team of 3 for two hours, instead I got one person for 1.5 hours and 2 for 10 minutes. I’m glad they at least showed up but if we were in a time crunch they would of failed

My packing was written out in great detail...however, my daughter failed to hand James the papers and he finished in record time. When he called, it was discovered that an entire garage was not packed. James called me, I had a meltdown and he MADE IT WORK. He listened to my rant, he calmed my nerves, and got it done. I am forever endebted to James and his team for saving me from a nervous breakdown. I will definitely reach out to them again, specifically James, if ever needed! THANK YOU JAMES! Not only did you get it done, but you did it in the paid time. I was sent an angel today. Thank you!
