The guys were prompt and friendly, and worked very fast. I was satisfied. However, 6 days later when my things were removed from my POD's, I noticed multiple damaged items. At the time of loading, I provided them with multiple blankets, padding, straps, etc. to securely and safely pack up the PODS... I am very very upset to now know the guys were working so fast, because they didn't care about my nice, expensive furniture!!! I do not recommend this company, unless you don't care about your items being damaged.
