WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND JUMPED RIGHT IN TO WORKING.
THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR BELONGINGS AND HUSTLED THE ENTIRE TIME. UNLOADING INTO THE LOCKER TOOK MORE TIME THAN HIRED FOR AND THEY STAYED TO FINISH THE JOB. EXCELLENT WORK ETHICS AND FRIENDLY!

The two stars are because the two young men were hard workers. But they were very inexperienced and rushed when they should have taken their time. They damaged my walls, poked a hole in my couch and even cracked a light fixture on the ceiling. I was told I would receive a call from the office to schedule repairs but as of yet have received no such call. It would be hard to recommend this company and I will definitely use someone else on the other end of my move.

The crew was flexible for my truck issues and very good at packing and loading. However, this company had the audacity to show up with no hand cart to move an apartment into a moving truck. It took them 4.5 hours when it should have taken no more than 2.5 hours with the proper equipment. They used the excuse that they thought they were unloading a house and people don’t like carts in their houses. Don’t assume and call the customer for confirmation. The company didn’t even call to verify information unlike the company I used in Denver. I feel sorry for the crew because their boss did not prepare them. I would never recommend this company as they purposely prepare their crew to stay overtime and get more money out of me.

They within the time-frame promised, very hard working and were very receptive to my request when something needed to be altered. They communicated every step of the way and that in itself makes all the difference in the world.
The only recommendation would be a more professional dress code. Other than that they are very appreciated.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
