These 2 guys did an amazing job. I had a large truck full of fragile boxes, etc. and they unloaded it quickly and carefully and put everything exactly where I labeled it. I would definitely use them again! This company was very good about checking in to be sure they were there on time as I had them on hold until the truck arrived. Great customer service.

Old West Moving was exceptional. Clear communication the week before and when I needed to change the date and they were very accommodating. Jerome and his colleague arrived ahead of the scheduled time, were courteous and worked diligently the entire time. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again - Jerome was wonderful !
Our arrival window was 1-2. They arrived about 2:15 but called with a heads up twice so we appreciated that update on their progress. We hired 2 guys, they brought 3 and got it done faster than we anticipated! It was a hot day in a Texas but the guys worked quickly and efficiently and packed our truck with precision and obvious experience. They were polite and hardworking. Would use them again!

I had two helpers load two pods for me. Aaron (sp?) was great!! So professional and kind. His partner was clearly frustrated though. I also felt that toward the end they were literally throwing my stuff into the pod.
The gentlemen showed up early per a phone call the evening before. They were friendly and followed my instructions as to where items needed to be placed.
