Our mover helpers arrived about on time and were in constant contact. They packed our PODS VERY efficiently. Their main concern was for the safe movement of our assets (including big screen TV, fridge, piano), including furniture pads where you and I wouldn't think to do so. They were excellent at making sure the entire space in the POD was used and secured accordingly.

Strong Arm moving was fast, courteous, and thoughtful in their communications and accommodations with our requests. I don't have enough good things to say about Strong Arm Moving. I had scheduled loaders from another company to load my Penske truck for a move out of state. The two men ended up walking off the job after thirty minutes of mediocre work leaving us high and dry. Strong Arm Moving saved the day by sending two men who were on time, professional, and obviously had many years of experience loading a moving truck. They worked fast, made sure that every wood piece of furniture was covered with furniture pads, and that everything was tied down well in the truck. I highly recommend Strong Arm Moving to anyone needing quality loaders. They really did come to the rescue.

Anthony and Vince were absolutely AMAZING!! I could not of asked for better service! In just two hours they had done ALOT and didn't stop. I wound up adding time to them. I was very impressed by Anthony, as he moved our huge heavy couch all by himself!After a solid 6 hrs of packing our truck, they were genuinely upset when we ran out of room in our truck and they couldn't "finish the job"! It was not their fault at all.. and they worked very hard for us. I can't say enough about these guys. I trusted them completely and they treated me like I was their sister all day. I stumbled upon this website from googling. After looking on Craigslist, Hire-A-Helper seemed to ease me about confidence, payments and reviews.
Originally, I chose a different mover because they were cheaper and had no reviews. After reading all of Strong Arm's reviews .. I chose the company. For the extra $20 or whatever, it's well worth it.
All of the great reviews are very reflective on the guys who came. They were organized, on-time and the guy scheduling was very prompt and responsive.
I had 14ft UHaul packed to capacity and they brought everything up safely and neatly (to my 3rd floor apartment) in about 45min - 1hour. We had someone in the apartment directing the boxes and they went above and beyond putting them in the correct room / storage.
Throughout the move, the guys were friendly, professional and courteous. I'm a 25 year old female and felt very comfortable with this company. Great job and perfect team!

The guys were great, friedly, fast, and efficient. The only complaint was that I did not get enough quilts for them to use and tops of my furniture had scratches and chips due to things on top of them and beside them during the travel. Make sure everything is covered good with thick quilts before putting anything on top or beside furniture pieces.
