I was extremely impressed by Topline Movers!! The guys were quick and courteous. I thought it would take at least 3 hours for them to unload my truck, but it only took 1.5 hrs. Mike and Keith were on time and very courteous. They did all that was asked of them and made the move much easier for us. Thank you to them. Only complaint we had was that we mistakenly had the helpers for 8 hours when we only needed 4. Contract said to let the mover know before they started of the need to subtract or add hours but Samuel Moore (the contact) said he did not know what we were talking about and we had to pay for all 8 hours . I would us them again but would caution people to make sure about the time they need as you cannot change, at least not with AZ big boy movers.

The guys were great. I honestly don't know how they were able to pack all of my things in the truck but they did it all with room to spare! Excellent care was taken to make sure everything was not going to be damaged. Very professional and hard working guys! Hire them if you need to move!

D.J. Mitchell was a tremendous help to us during our recent move. We decided at the last minute that we needed some help loading very large and heavy furniture into the rental truck for our move to California. We contacted D.J. through your site at about 8:30 p.m. the night before the loading was to begin. Despite the late hour D.J. graciously made time for us. When he arrived, on time, the next morning he was cheerful, courteous and ready for anything. I could not believe the amount of work that got done in a short 5 hours. Our truck was nearly completely loaded. D.J. was positive and unflagging throughout a hot, grueling experience. GREAT fellows! Hired 4 but only 3 showed up. Hired them for 4 hours due to heat but the 3 guys got it done in 1 1/2 hours. Minor sweat marks on some suede furniture but the pastic ripped so I don't call that their fault. All in all, they were friendly, polite and focused and with no reservations, I will be calling them again for the next move!
