Also, He packed MUCH more stuff into the designated space than I had originally alloweed for. He was fast andcourteous. As this was my first experience with this service he removed all of the doubts associated with "labor". He was a professional in every sense of the word. This applies to both parties that showed up.

I was very pleased with Rent-A-Friend's services. I recently moved into a gated community that had very restrictive CCR's. I was using ABF U-Pack moving services and typically they drop the trailer and then pick it up the next day. I was told by the property manager that my ABF trailer would be towed if it was not picked up on the same day of delivery.
John at Rent-A-Friend was very accomodating and concerned about my situation. He worked very hard to get the trailer unpacked and ready for pick-up. Thanks to his personalized attention, it all worked out and ABF returned to pick up the trailer on the same day. Thanks, John!

The guys John sent were absolutely wonderful. I called John at the last minute to unload a 28 ft ABF trailer and he managed to put together a crew of three who was able to unload the entire thing in under 3 hours. Big Dave showed up 10 minutes early and totally eager to work. He was very courteous and professional. I really appreciate his ability to organize my large storage shed to my instructions (to the rafters) and the careful handling of our belongings inside and out. GREAT fellows! Hired 4 but only 3 showed up. Hired them for 4 hours due to heat but the 3 guys got it done in 1 1/2 hours. Minor sweat marks on some suede furniture but the pastic ripped so I don't call that their fault. All in all, they were friendly, polite and focused and with no reservations, I will be calling them again for the next move!

Well, bottom line: they unloaded our 22ft. Penske truck filled halfway full unbroken/unscathed in the 2 hours I paid for. Shawn and Paul were definitely very experienced and very friendly. They arrived nearly a half an hour early and wasted no time getting started.
I would highly recommend them to anyone! If I unfortunately need to move again I won't hesitate to call them again.
You get what you pay for; the quality/price was undoubtedly worth every penny of their help.

These gentleman were on time and very professional. We had more than we could fit in our truck and they did everything possible to utilize every inch of space. Sadly we had to part with some items and they offered to haul them off and donate them for us!
The only thing I can fault is that we did have blankets to protect furniture and they did not utilize them -resulting in some scratched and damaged furniture .
