Art and his team were great. They arrived early, and when they began unloading our furniture, they noticed it had been damaged due to poor packing at our starting point. They immediately stopped unloading until a camera was located and took all the pictures necessary to support our claim. Art called the company that had packed us to inform them of the situation and to be sure we'd be compensated. Art also called Hire a Helper to inform them of the problem and to recommend they remove the other service from their site to prevent other customers from experiencing furniture damage.
They unloaded a 26' truck full of furniture at 2 separate locations - including a hot tub - on a hot day. They were courteous, professional and I would use them again, as well as recommend them highly to anyone.

I used Helping Hand Moving Services in Jacksonville, FL.
I requested four people to unload a 40 foot ocean container into a storage unit I had rented. The container contents were household effects.
The shipping company delivering the container specified the container had to be emptied within 2 hours of arrival or the driver would require payment of an additional $75 dollars per hour or part thereof.
It was very important, therefore, that the moving crew showed up ready to hit the ground running.
I explained this to crew leader James Newsom. His crew was fast efficient, professional and were very careful unloading my personal property- there were no damages at all. The bonus with this crew: they had a great sense of humor, and there was a steady stream of friendly banter while they worked. I haven't seen this in a long time and I was impressed with the crew, their abilities and their outstanding attitudes while putting in a lot of hard effort.
