Service Complaints

We take these very seriously. If you are unsatisfied with your job, HireAHelper will investigate and make sure we, and the company you hired, have provided a level of service we're proud to stand behind. If we didn't, or if the company you booked didn't, we will reimburse you up to the amount you paid through HireAHelper, not to exceed $1000, as per our Service Guarantee.

Insurance Claims

If your issue is regarding damages, then the form below is your first step in filing an insurance claim. Remember, every moving job booked on HireAHelper comes with Standard Repair Coverage Insurance. You can also upgrade to Full Valuation Insurance if you wish. These options are available as soon as you made your reservation and are subject to the Terms and Conditions.

What is the nature of the issue? Service complaint about HireAHelper (reservation process, processing payments or refunds, customer service, etc.) Service complaint about my service provider (workers were late, rude, slow, etc.) Damage claim. (Applies only to moving jobs.)

What kind of insurance did you opt for?
After your reservation was placed, you were asked to complete your inventory, review your insurance options, and activate your insurance policy. I chose the Standard Repair Coverage insurance policy that came free with my reservation. I upgraded to a Full Valuation Coverage policy purchased through MoveInsure.com My move was scheduled as a same-day or next-day moving job, so I wasn't offered insurance by HireAHelper.
