Truck broke down, was supposed to pick up things at 9:00 am and didn't get there until 2:00 pm. The owner asked me to release payment before the job was done. When I realized what he was talking about, I refused to. It was a good thing I didn't because about an hour later, I received a phone call from the movers telling me that all of my stuff wouldn't fit in the truck. I had told the owner of B&B that I moved all of my things before in a 26 ft. truck and that it was packed floor to ceiling in a 15X15 storage room, so he would definitely need a 24-26 ft truck. He sent the movers with a 14 ft. truck and all of my stuff didn't fit. It had to be left behind. When I found this out, I was not exactly happy and I told the mover (who offered to bring my stuff the next day if I would pay him and his brother on the side) that he needed to call his boss and they needed to figure something out because I was not going to pay any more that the $759 that I had already paid. I never cursed or raised my voice, I just told the guy that they were going to have to deliver the rest of my things somehow since it was not my mistake. I then received a phone call from the owner of B&B Moving who was extremely angry and began yelling and cursing at me saying that I had cursed and yelled at his workers. He immediately began yelling and did not give me a chance to tell him that I did not do this. When I finally got a break from the yelling and frequent use of the "F" word by the owner, I did call him an idiot. We finally worked out that the movers would deliver the rest of my things the next day. When the movers arrived, they were very negative about their boss and stated that he had gotten in a fight with his wife sometime between the time I spoke to them and the movers' arrival and was taken to jail. They stated that this is not the first time that situations like this have occured as far as big mistakes being made with the moving job. This man obviously has anger management issues as well. I have never been spoken to in such a way, especially considering this man is supposed to be a professional business owner and I am the customer. He was doing the very thing he was screaming at me for and I did not even do that.
I would not recommend using this company. Moving is stressful and difficult anyway and this situation made it an awful experience.

B&B Movers where awesome...they got there a bit late, we ran alittle over the time I purchased and they were kind enough to not charge me for it! The movers that helped me were hard working and actually kinda of fun to work with.....would highly recommend these movers to anyone one I know!!! A+++++++ in my book!!!!

The advertised price was for 4 people. When contacted by the owner he indicated it was for 3 but he would send a 4th guy for free and stressed tipping, which I would do anyway. Also, 45-50 minutes late.

Fantastic! Another mover did not show up so i was forced to schedule them on the day of my move. They were fast, friendly, and actually seemed to care about my stuff. Will be moving again with in the year and will use them.

My movers showed up 2 hours late. It took them almost 1.5 hours to load a 1 bedroom. 2 hours to get to san antonio but 30 minutes to unload. I was over 20 minutes and had to pay for another hour. I wanted to use them for part two of the job however the above and other things I am deciding against it. The pricing was good but I guess you get what you pay for.

Called B & B to help move a large screen TV upstains. The Tv weighed about 250lbs. and was awkward to carry. They sent guys out in a matter of a couple hours and had the TV moved in very short order with no damage. Great job.
They called me several times to let me know they were on the way, and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I would recommend this company.
