This was one of my worst moving experience ever. My Funiture was damage. I was ask to fill out a form online in reference to my damages. However with my limited technology skills was unable to do so. Will be going to small claims court in the near future. Also the movers damaged my front doors, which I was given 75.00 credit for. The movers did not wear face mask, and were horrible mover.

Two helpers arrived on time, Devon and Malik. Devon was very polite, strong and willing to follow instructions. However, he had NO real moving experience...had to be shown how to try to pack boxes tightly, using different sizes and combinations, did not know how to rig a bungee cord to hold things upright, did not know methods for moving furniture. Great kid, but I asked for at least one experienced mover who knew how to pack a pod and I was assured both had plenty of experience.
Malik was worse. No experience, no skills, no hustle, very quiet...I don’t think he’d ever seen a pod. Just started grabbing boxes and putting them in the pod, with no sense of organizing. I stayed with these guys the whole time and moved and packed boxes myself and we still didn’t get more than 2/3 of a 16’ pod packed, so I’m continuing to work on my own to complete it. They were slow!
You told me two guys could load a 3 bedroom home in 3 hours and I’d probably only need them for two...not even close. Very disappointed in what I got for the cost. I left no tip.

The three young guys were on time and efficient. Very professional and very good manners. Well prepared and hard working. I do recommend this company.

They were rushing thru the whole move so they can leave early. I gave them 20 blankets to wrap the furniture and they only used 5. When I started putting everything back in place I notice that a bar stool was broken and the washing mashing has a Hugh dent in the front.
They were complaint about what had to be moved. They put boxes everywhere. I told them that the boxes were labeled and they ignored the labels so when I told them that they had to put the boxes where they belong they had a problem with it.
I will never used them again.
