I was able to book last minute day before to move on the holiday! Pricing was on the high side for moving items out of truck into an apt. Movers did arrive about 45 min late but they worked together very well to get the job done in a timely manner! Overall good experience just price was too high for the job. Thank you!

I had a very poor experience with Triangle's #1 Moving Labor. Highlights are that they were not respectful at all of our home and caused significant damage to the floors in addition to dents in the walls. The damage was caused because they showed up unprepared and with NO DOLLY. I tried working with the moving company and they lied and said they would reimburse us for the damage. They even claimed the check got lost in the mail and they would come by and drop off a second one. Once we were outside of the claim window (apparently after 7 or 30 days you only eligible for a partial refund from HireaHelper) they stopped responding to me completely which made it clear that they had no intention of honoring their word to reimburse us for damage and just strung us along until we were past the 30 days. They apparently contract the labor out to 3rd parties and the actual movers who showed up said that they were told about the move at the last minute and because of this they didn't bring any equipment. I booked the move and confirmed it several days in advance, so it wasn't last minute for me but supposedly it was for the 3rd party labor. The biggest issue I had is that they showed up with NO DOLLY to my two story townhome. Since they did not have a dolly they caused significant damage to my hardwood and linoleum (laundry room) floors from dragging items. I even left my home on my moving day to go go Home Depot and RENT a DOLLY myself so that we could limit the damage. Most of the damage we could repair ourselves (touch up dents and use stain/wax to repair the hardwood floors) but the linoleum was ripped up in the laundry room and the buyers of our home flagged this during walk through and we had to pay them for the damage or they wouldn't close (we had two quotes confirming the amount it would cost to repair/replace). We immediately contacted the movers and they argued at first but then agreed to reimburse us rather than have us go through the HireaHelper claim process, since not bringing a dolly is a big deal. It's been over a month and a half now and they have not responded to me since we got past the 30 day mark. We tried to give them a chance to do the right thing and ended losing money as a result of their lies. I would never recommend this company as they are dishonest and added a lot of unnecessary stress to our move.

Jay and Abdil did a wonderful job. They were on time, prepared and ready to go! They maintained a positive attitude and worked some magic getting our furniture loaded. They were respectful of our property and moved some family heirlooms which arrived safely. I highly recommend them and this company. They deserve a raise!

Workers arrived 4 hours late and I had to keep calling for updates. Whrn they did artrivr, my belongings were unpacked carefully and quickly. But I would not use them again
