The guys that came to help us were very nice and on time. They communicated very well throughout the whole process, and called the day before to confirm we still needed them. However, when they were moving our stuff, they weren't as efficient as I would have liked. My husband had to jump in and help out for most of the paid time for the movers. Also, they weren't careful with our stuff. I have dings on almost every piece of furniture I own, including the top of my TV. Then we had one last piece to move out of the truck (mattress) and they were 10 mins away from being the 2 hour mark, and they had me hurry up and text to say that their work was done. They could have helped with that last piece, but because it was Friday and we were their last job, I think they wanted to leave. I would not use this company again, even though the price was very reasonable.

Chris and James arrived on time and were pleasant. I did not like that a moving blanket was not used, of which I had two dozen, to place between an expensive piece of furniture and the furniture dolly, which ended up causing damage to the piece. They carried everything else down the stairs. I have loaded several pods previously and used the space more effectively. I found many heavier items stacked on lighter items, including my safe, which should have been placed no where but on the floor of the pod. I was unable to watch both individuals at the same time which I didn't like. Although I requested the metal mattress frame to be wrapped in a moving blanket and secured (packing tape and shrink wrap was available) the unsecured pieces were simply leaned against the pod wall, where I expect they will cut into the upolstered chair alongside. Although I had plastic twin sheeting to place my leather couch in, it was not used. They were rushing to get done with everything in two hours for another job, though I had scheduled three hours from the beginning. They did end up staying for the full three hours, as additional items were found to place in the pod.
