What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The day prior to a move our Operations Department will contact the customer to confirm a few final details, and to answer any questions they might have. Once the final details are clarified, we will be all set for move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crew leader will call our customer upon dispatch to give them an updated ETA, and to clarify expectations around where we are meeting them, etc. Upon arrival, we will introduce ourselves, better familiarize ourselves with the work to be done, then it's game on.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You will receive several emails from us regarding best ways to prepare. Be sure to read these, as there is a lot of helpful information for your move!
