Guys were very nice and did a great job, when they arrived. They arrived slightly late (after 12 for an 11 - 12 window. Communication was very difficult - lots of dropped phone calls. When I called them, I never received a call back. We ended up loading the truck with most of the heavy items before they showed up. We had a two hour window and they seemed rushed to get to their next job.
Crew arrived on time and quickly assessed my load and started promptly. Two carried everything downstairs to the pod as the third arranged the items like it was a 3-D puzzle. I wasn’t sure everything would fit but it did. Crew was careful and respectful.
Wayne & Ryan are superb, they were real good at making everything work out for us. They let us know when they were 30 minutes from arrival & worked hard from the minute they arrived!

I would rate the crew Five Stars. They were wonderful, professional, and just great. As for Hire-A-Helper in general, you need to be careful how many hours they think you will need. I was booked/charged for three hours when it was only for a little less than two hours. I did not chose the number of hours I may need, it was a suggestion from them. Otherwise, the crew themselves were the BEST.
Calvin and Henry (whose name I am hopefully not misremembering) did an amazing job! My moving pod arrived with items having shifted around badly, and the two of them moved everything quickly and with care. Incredibly friendly and great energy as well, will definitely be using them again next time I have to move!
