Scheduled 2 helpers for 3 hours to load and unload a rental trailer. A day after I placed the order I was contacted by someone from the company to confirm my order. I went over what we would be doing that day again and he agreed. I sent my address to him via text message and said see you on the 18th. We were planning to move from one house to another and were renting a uhaul trailer to make the move. I picked up the trailer on the morning of the 18th at 7am since the movers were scheduled be at my house between 8-9 am. We waited until 9 am to try calling the number for the company, no answer. We called multiple times and left multiple messages and didn’t hear anything from the movers until early afternoon asking if we still needed help that they thought it was the following morning. By that time we had already moved everything that we wanted them to move. We knew it would take them less time to complete that portion of the move so we based our uhaul rental length off of them helping. Because they failed to show up as they agreed we had to extend our rental costing us more time and money. I would recommend using this mover only as a last resort. We scheduled with this mover because they were about $15 cheaper than the comparable, next time I will gladly pay the extra $15.
