The movers were great. They weren’t prepared with equipment that would have made their job quicker and easier, which was only downfall, but I think there was some miscommunication somewhere. We were upstairs and it was a hot day. They jumped right in and got a ton done, all the heavy lifting, in the 3 hours we had them. They worked right up to the final minute. They were careful and cautious with our things and were very friendly to everyone and respectful with my elderly mother who they had to work around a bit. They were totally worth it.

I do not recommend this provider. We hired them for a large job over two days and this vendor tried to get us to book with them directly for the second day to avoid hire a helper fees. The also tried to get us to send a large ladder with them to deliver on the next visit. We were left to pack a significant amount ourselves, our instructions were not followed, and we had to carry many items to the correct place from the unpacking visit. They were also late on the second day. The worst part is that they ruined a very nice fabric couch by placing a chainsaw on it, resulting in permanent oil stains. Their solution- put some oxy clean on it. The walls in our brand new home have several large scrapes and the garage floor has pits and scrapes from their negligence.

Great team. They were quick, professional, communicated well with me and each other. Once I let them know what I needed and what we had to work with they got started right away and got the job done quicker than expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

My two helpers were great. They showed up when expected, went right to work, and got the job done within the 3 hour window I paid for. They were courteous and conscientious about making sure I was happy with how the job was being performed. Yes, I would go through Hire A Helper again.

Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...

We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
