The movers were 3 hours late - partially because of weather and another delay as their GPS took them to the opposite side of town. They did stay in constant communication regarding estimated time of arrival. I was promised they would have material to tie down my belongings, which they did not, yet I was charged for it. I had to give them money to go to Lowes to get something to use to tie down my furniture. They didn't come with any tools to disassemble or a dolly to move the heavier furniture or appliances. I had to bother one of my neighbors to borrow a dolly. Finally a piece of furniture was damaged as they transported it to the pod. While the movers worked hard and were respectful to me, I would not use this company in the future.

Scott and Daniel were fantastic! They were extremely helpful unloading big items and setting up appliances, and were very patient with our toddler running around the house while they were working. They were extremely efficient and finished the job much faster than we expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with a move.

They showed up right on time and got the job done within an hour. They were respectful of my things. The only thing I needed help with was unloading and when they arrived they were surprised they were loading as they thought they were unloading. I'm not sure how the confusion happened.
