The morning of my move, their truck broke down, delaying their first job of the day, and pushing my move back by four hours ... but Big Guy Movers went SO FAR out of their way to compensate for the mishap, that I was left completely satisfied!! They sent me an additional mover for free to help speed along the process because of being late, one of the managers personally came by to meet me and apologize, and everything was moved in much less time than I anticipated. I was even refunded for the time that was not used (most movers won't do this, and I don't know if it's customary for them or if they were just being so nice to compensate - but either way, they were very accomodating!). The movers were friendly and polite, very organized in the way they performed their job, and were open communicators. These people care about their business and went to the full extent possible to ensure that I was properly taken care of and satisfied. Despite the unforseen delay which was out of their control ... my move went fantastic! I would certainly recommed them to anyone who is looking for a moving company that understands the true meaning of customer service and is thorough, quick, and friendly!

The movers were quick, friendly, and efficient. They did show up late but it was due to one of the movers getting hurt at the previous job so I don't hold that against them.
When they did show up, they were terrific. They not only got everything loaded quickly but they went out of their way to help out with some issues like getting a couch and loveseat to the trash and even recommended some good restaurants in the area we moved to.
They may have been a bit pricey but I'm not an expert on what a typical move costs so I can't really say. Regardless, they were worth the price and not only would I use their company again, I've already recommended them to someone else.

Movers were very fast and courteous. They ran into a storm at the end of my move and still kept working hard. They did rush a bit, but still got the job done. Very polite, very aware of fragile materials, and willing to do any special requests to set my mind at ease.
I will need a moving crew in 6 months, and intend on using this company again.
