Mike and his Crew were great!! They were punctual and professional. They were also extremely efficient. I'd scheduled by mistake the wrong time and day. Mike was accommodating by rearranging his schedule to make the move for me. All Phase Movers also went above and beyond the call of duty. Mike was skilled at driving my 26' truck. He then offered to drive me and the truck to the hotel where my brother and I were staying so all we'd have to do was leave the next day. Policy
If Client arrive late to location (A) and your Service Providers are there, the clock will start and will stop upon completion.
If Client do not arrive to Location (A) with 2hrs of start time, the Service Providers are then ordered to return to Central and you will be charged for the first 2hrs.
The clock will not start (IF) your Service Providers arrive late. Our Service Providers are trained to arrive 15-30 minutes before your requested time.
Rescheduling Procedures
If you have to reschedule your booked moving date you will be charged within 24hrs of your original booked date. If Client contacts us 24hrs or more before their booked moving date the rescheduling fee is FREE!
In rescheduling your move you agree that you may be scheduled on a day that your team may already have a scheduled job. You will then be provided a specific time that is available to your time to provide our Professional Service.
If you would like to change the time within your moving date, you will not be charge but your time when then be classified as open and you will be fit in the schedule and moved after(If client requests afternoon service) the Service Providers complete their earlier clients.
