They never showed up to the move! I ended up waiting for 3 hours as they were supposed to arrive between 4-5 PM. They answered one of my calls and said they would be arriving late at 6:30 PM. By 6:45 PM no one showed up or called me. I tried calling both numbers they provided me several times but no answer and no return phone call. I would recommend that you don’t even try to book them as movers unless you love dealing with unprofessional human beings.

Duck Solution Movers were wonderful to work with. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. It took them less than 2 hours to move everything from the moving truck into our apartment. They were very careful during the entire process, ensuring that nothing was broken or damaged. We were fortunate to have 4 movers for our move. Huge shout out to AB, Kevin, Carlton and Joe for doing a tremendous job. I was extremely satisfied with the services provided and would be quick to recommend them to anyone in search of movers.

Although a mix up at the office causing them to be over an hour late, they more than made up for the gaff. It was hot and they had to deal with a stair with heavy furniture without a gripe.
