Avoid to hire a helper in the AZ area....WE GOT SCREWED OUT OF OUR HARD WORKING MONEY AND RECEIVED UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!! We hired two guys for two hours, that were no help, they could not lift anything, they try to work very slow to buy time, they just want to keep on talking to buy time. after just 40 min, we told them to just leave, and they would not, we had to let them know if they did not we would be forced to call the police!!! Now that we spoke to the company representative Pete Johnson in explaining our experience with there two individuals that represented there company Pete is only willing to refund 50%.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We have sent out many e-mails posted our experience on Facebook as well as Twitter!!! We will continue to spread the word to everyone in every way we can to assure to no one else gets screwed out of there hard working money and UN-professional service!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!

I understand things sometimes come up or happen, but I don't feel that they were prepared on any level of my move. I hired 2 guys for two hours to help me laod a uhaul that we already rented. We had this move planned at least a month before the actual move. The day of the move I get a call saying that he broke down on his way to move me. I stated that we already had a truck and he apologized because he said that he thought I ordered a full service move. When we had spoke on the phone I had told him it was just for help moving stuff into a truck that I already would have. He did apologize, and said he would try and get in contact with some of his workers. When he called me back, he told me that he could not get in touch with any of his workers. At this point I told him forget it, because we just wanted to load up and go. Anyway my husband and I ended up doing the move by ourselves. My neighbors stopped over toward the end of the move and helped us get the rest of our stuff loaded. What should've taken about 2 hours took us about 6 hours. Very I never even got a follow up call that night or the next day. Very disapointed!!

We had scheduled another company, and circumstances prevented them from being able to help us. We contacted hireahelper.com and they connected us with a wonderful company that was able to come out within 3 hours! They are hard-workers that were prepared and professional. Robert and his team didn't stop moving until the last box was in! They were then willing to move things around wherever we needed it to go. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again if we move again! Thanks so much for your help Robert!
