I provided a truck for my move, and the battery went dead on the truck first thing. Then the movers were late, of which I was not too worried because I had the dead battery. The two movers showed up 2 hours late, which was ok, and the owner of the company was fantastic, unfortunately his helper was not experienced and left before everything was packed in the truck. When we got to my new home, the owner hired a neighbor to help him unload everything successfully and right on time for the four hours I had hired them for. I paid full price for the entire time, and feel it would have been nice to be compensated some for the one mover walking out on the job. But overall, I was satisfied, nothing broken and the owner is such a knowledgeable mover and works very hard. I would use his company again....definitely!

We had problems with our settlement being delayed and they were able to accomondate the change of date and extending the time needed.
The were on time both days and worked to the jobs completion.
This was the second time we have used them and would definately use them again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS OUTFIT!
Reservation confirmed, but nobody showed up. When owner was telephoned he said "I decided not to accept this job." No even the courtesy to call me and notify me that the job wasn't accepted. In fact, owner was upset that I called to complain.

AZ Big Boy Movers were great to work with. They were easy to get on the phone and their follow up was fantastic. Kevin and his crew were hilarious, but knew when to be professional. They put our furniture right where we needed it and didnt damage anything. I will for sure call them when its time to move again. Great company, great guys, great service!!!
