We had a 26 foot truck full of stuff ... some large but mostly small breakable items. The guys did a great job of unloading it in a timely manner with no damage. Courteous and professional. Would definitely use them again.

I called Swift Movers and scheduled my move to begin at 12:30pm on October 13, 2012 to move my furniture from my storage unit to my home. When they didn't show up at 12:30pm, I called them to ensure they had my move on their schedule and make sure someone would be there. At which point I was told the movers were preoccupied with an earlier move and wouldn't make it to my move until 2pm. I do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances do occur, but they should have notified me prior to my scheduled appointment time. Then at 1:50pm I got a text message (not even a phone call) from Swift Movers saying they have been delayed further and will call me when they're done with the previous move. This is unacceptable, they failed to properly schedule their moves, I shouldn't have to suffer because of that. Also, they should have notified me prior to me calling them at my scheduled move time if they knew they were going to be delayed. Now I'm forced to just stand by and wait for them to show up at their leisure. I finally got a call from one of the movers at 2:41pm telling me that he is on his way to my location. By this time my move should have been completed. The movers finally arrived at 3:15pm; nearly 3 hours of my time wasted waiting on them to show up. Once they arrived the movers were professional and immediately went to work. If they can get the managerial/scheduling issue under control I would have had a better experience with Swift Movers. This is definitely the worst moving experience I've ever had and as a military service member I've had my fair share of moves. I'll never use or recommend Swift Movers to anyone again.
