We used ogre to load our 3 bedroom home in Austin as we were moving 200 miles away. We waited to review due to wanting to unpack and see if we had any damage. To our surprise not one thing was damaged during move. We really appreciated them contacting us many times before the move just to assure us what they do and what we would need to insure move would be a success IE. Blankets and rope and such. They finished the load on time and we would certainly use them again.

We hired two men to help load the POD for two hours. With all the boxes we had I thought they would never get all that work done in two hours, and I would need to finish up. To my surprise they had everything loaded in under an hour and a half. The men were very friendly, very polite, extremely hard working, amazingly fast in their work. They clearly new their craft as they were able to pack everything into the POD using every available space. Because of that we were able to add much more to the POD than we thought was possible. I was most impressed and would recommend to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
