They showed up later than scheduled but they did call and apologized for running late. Once they showed up they started working. They asked questions and were very professional. I'd use them again.

This company is very professional and excellent at what they do. Their communication was top-notch as I received multiple phone calls to confirm my appointment and time before the move day. Day of, movers called in advance that they were on their way. They showed up early and were ready to work. Both gentlemen were kind and respectful and gentle with my belongings. I was very hands-off during the move as they were able to take disassemble furniture and wrap it themselves, something I was not expecting. The job was finished on time (reserved 2 hours) and I had the remainder of the day to myself. The best moving experience I've ever had, I would highly recommend it!

If there were more stars to give I would give J. Holland movers more. Starting with Tamika the scheduler. She was very communicative every step of the way as to the particulars on scheduling.
The two movers Mario and Bobby arrived punctually and wrapped all of my furniture and packed my pod most efficiently. Amazing job guys! I thought my 8’ pod looked a little small as the amount of boxes grew a bit, but Mario and Bobby stacked everything so perfectly and strapped everything and I even had a good 3 feet of space left over! AND they got the entire job done in the allotted time that was scheduled! Great job! I would highly highly recommend. Thanks again J. Holland Movers.

The two men who helped me pack my pod were amazing! They were efficient and smart with the way they packed, easing my worries. And they were very pleasant. The company also kept in communication with me, calling/texting to confirm the appointments. And when I had to make a last minute adjustment, they did so with no hassle. Great experience!
