A+ Movers earned an A+ from me on an extremely hot Saturday. They came on time, worked hard and were very careful with the items I was moving. They gave me time to sort thru the boxes as we unloaded the truck which will help me save time as I work thru the sorting process. I will definitely have them help me in the future.

I booked A+ six weeks prior to our move. I was a little concerned that they had a Phoenix area phone number (we were in Dallas) but they told me that they had just come from Phoenix and now they were in Dallas. (This was untrue.) On the day of the move, instead of the team of at least three, a father/son team arrived, without tools. Later they admitted to me that they we're not A+ employees but had answered a CraigsList ad the night before. Wait. What? I could have solicited randos on CraigsList -- I wanted trained, vetted movers. I would not recommend A+ to anyone, even to people I don't like. I would give them a D-, not an A+.

Expectations of a mover are never high, but they undershot. Pros - they were on time, respectful and came with a dolly. Cons - they were slowwww, not efficient and completely destroyed an interior door and the trim work trying to force a couch through it. I wouldn't call them again, but then again, moving sucks and never goes perfect.

Our crew that showed up, Luke and James, we're very polite and considerate. They showed up at the scheduled time and really helped take a load off of our shoulders. We've hired movers in the past, but this crew seemed top notch! By top notch, we don't mean the type that have badges and clipboards like they "real professionals". They truly portrayed the real professional that we expected with the best of what they had. We plan to move again either in a year or two years. When we do, we DEFINITELY will be calling you all and recommending A+ Movers. If possible, we'd like to have the same two gentlemen back. Thank you VERY much for your services!
