Kevin and Steve personify professionalism. They arrived on time as promised and brought materials just in case…. When they arrived, the entered my home and asked for a tour. Then, they asked me what my expectations were. As I spoke, they were genuinely interested in my desires and attentively listened. I was in need of a quick, but precise load. They indicated that they’d do the best that they could and followed through on their word. They took great care of my belongings and the home I rented—that is, the home was cleaner after they left than before they arrived and they handled my belongings as if the items were theirs.
They were friendly and went beyond their normal duties. My vehicle was parked at the truck rental location and they offered to drive me to get it and follow me back for assurance purposes.
Kevin and Steve are wonderful men, superb movers and individuals who take pride in their profession. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Get a Move On: They were on time, more than prepared for the job. They went over the job with me on the phone the week before and again the day before. He made sure they I had enough furniture pads, etc. for the job. They were very careful with the furniture and meticulous in their packing. If I were in VA Beach again, I would definitely use them!

Arrived on time, ready to work. Asked the right questions in the telephone contact. Provided good loading for a long distance move that had a lot of heavy/bulky items. They filled two 26' trucks in a short time and everything arrived in good shape . Kevin and crew did a great job.

Kevin and his team were punctual and went above and beyond the call in helping. They had everything to make the move easy. They were careful moving everything into our new place. Nothing broken, dented or walls scraped. They did great! I would definitely use them again.

When I hired these guys, I was expecting some muscle to help get my truck loaded for a 1000 mile move, fully expecting to have to do the arranging in the truck, tying down, securing, what have you.
However, I couldn't have been more wrong! Kevin and Steve arrived on time (and communicated their arrival time very effectively) and immediately went to work loading up the truck. Seeing them arrange everything like some real-life 3D Tetris game was rather impressive. They were careful and very precise with their packing. They used my rented furniture pads to make sure everything was securely packed, and tied everything down periodically to prevent load shifting. They also helped with some minor furniture disassembly.
I didn't feel they rode the clock at all. They finished up within the time I expected, and all was well in the land. We even had some good laughs that morning. Everything arrived in FL just as it was in VA. Hiring these guys to help check one of the many items off my to-do list for this move was some of the best money I've ever spent. Thanks so much Kevin and Steve, and good luck.
PS - To people preparing to move, splurge on renting a couple dozen furniture pads from your truck rental place... they're quite worth it.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.
