We Only Get Paid When You Do
Porch Moving Group is a marketplace for movers where visitors view and compare your moving company reviews, prices and credentials, then book you for your service. We send you jobs, never leads.
Inside your free Helper account, you can set your own rates, service radius, availability and service details. You accept order requests as they come in, then we'll send you notifications straight to your inbox or via text message, whichever you prefer.
After the job is complete, the funds are immediately transferred into your account, minus a prorated fee. It's that simple!

Non-Porch Moving Group Orders
No Coverage
- Chargeback assistance
- Chargeback coverage
- Extra hour guarantee
- Guaranteed cancellation fees
- You cover all property damage you cause.
- No Schedule Coverage to cover last-second scheduling conflicts.
- No additional insurance options for your customers.
- No free exposure for your company to thousands of customers in your area.
- No customer service to handle customer complaints.
Direct Book Orders
Basic Coverage
- Chargeback assistance
- Chargeback coverage
- Extra hour guarantee
- Guaranteed cancellation fees
- Up to $1,000 for damages to household goods while handling & in transit
- Up to $1,000 for damages to property
- Up to $10,000 per year combined max
- You cover the first $150 in HHG and/or property damage. Then Porch Moving Group's $2,000 coverage assistance kicks in
- If you can't cover a move Porch Moving Group will do everything we can to get it covered
- Offer additional insurance to your customers
Standard/Elite/Movers + Truck Order
Premium Coverage
- Chargeback assistance
- Chargeback coverage
- Extra hour guarantee
- Guaranteed cancellation fees
- Up to $1,500 for damages to household goods while handling & in transit
- Up to $1,500 for damages to property
- Up to $10,000 per year combined max
- You cover the first $150 in HHG and/or property damage. Then Porch Moving Group's $3,000 coverage assistance kicks in
- If you can't cover a move Porch Moving Group will do everything we can to get it covered
- Offer additional insurance to your customers
Each has their own coverage limits and a predefined amount of coverage you'll contribute (think: insurance deductible).
All Service Providers receive Premium Coverage with Standard, Elite Orders and Movers + Truck Orders.
Direct Book Orders
Moving Service Providers who book their customers directly through their Porch Moving Group Company Profile page receive huge discounts on their service fees, along with free Basic Coverage on all Direct Book Orders!

PRO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your crew and your customers will be managed by our in-house Moving Concierges. They'll expertly take care of any issues before, during and after a move.
SCHEDULE-COVERAGE
Have a last-minute schedule conflict? Porch Moving Group will jump in and try and schedule a replacement Helper, keeping your customers happy and your reviews great.
