My husband and I signed up on line for helpers to move us from a 2-bedroom apartment to a house. My husband got a call from All Phase Movers to confirm our order. They even called the night before to re-confirm and offered to come earlier than our set time.
When the movers arrived, they got right to work. All three were very courteous. They made sure we were moved within the timeframe we requested. Our glass items arrived in one piece.
Overall, they were great. The one thing they forgot was our elliptical. They had put it out in the back yard while they moved other items. They were supposed to try to move the elliptical into the basement but forgot. My husband and I discovered the elliptical in the back yard after the movers had left and had to move it ourselves.
Other than that, I thought the guys were great. We would use All Phase Movers again.
