The two movers we used were both very courteous and very helpful with all our special requests. They were right on time...even in the bad weather and worked with no wasted efforts between the two of them. They packed the trailer so well that we had no movement or breakage after the long distance we traveled. Paul from A Way 2 Move was excellent. I was especially impressed because he was always easy to reach by telephone & e-mail and was very consciencious about handling everything with care. He was easy to work with, polite and professional. After the first conversation with Paul, I knew I could count on him to make sure everything goes smoothly...and it did. He recognized a problem with the furniture delivery semi- truck company staff and was very quick to report it to us and to the semi-truck company manager directly. Absolutely fantastic!! These guys were very helpful, hard working and considerate. They were on time, asked if there were any things/ideas or reequests I had and then accommodated anything i asked them to load separately or with extra care. We were extremely satisfied with the help Old West Moving provided. They were prompt (actually 15 minutes early, which allowed us to get a jump on things). They brought along all the equipment and supplies needed for the move. They were very efficient in packing the truck. They made sure that our fragile items were placed properly on the truck. I would not have been able to utilize all the space they did as efficiently. It was the best money spent in my opinion.
