I could not believe there is not one piece of furniture they touched that does not have some damage to it . Would not recommend them for anything.

Mover's response:
This customer supplied NO FURNITURE PADS for the job and she did not want her furniture padded and wrapped. Signed a consent form waiving our liability for this and hire a helper has this on file...........if customers wanted furniture padded they must supply pads or request she did neither. Disregard this. Thank you.

They talk the talk but when it comes to doing the work everything they touched was damaged. They don't like moving boxes and find a way to get out of as much work as possible. That is the owner. The employees do what their told. Very disappointing. And I feel I was charged more than I should have been

Mover's response:
LOL.......very disappointing response. First of all the customer had a 24 foot truck and for the amount of items they had it was going to take 3 or 4 trips. Second the customer supplied no furniture pads for her furniture. She signed a damage waiver form with us and this was communicated and approved by hire a helper. How are you going to move a two bedroom house with a garage and basement WITH NO FURNITURE PADS. It was on the customer to supply them not us. When any customer moves with us all customers sign a damage waiver form. So if they dont have the right supplies or have move things in very difficult places no liability on us..........we damaged none of furniture however if there was that was because the customer FAILED to supply furniture pads and shrink wrap for the furniture. We do charge that however for the time and cost to do it the customer not willing. Also we moved the boxes about over 200 however her son stated that they would take care of this and for us to focus on the furniture. The woman had poor planning but to rate us like this is terrible and should be ignored.

Overall, great experience. Good communication. Arrived early to assess the job and the team worked well together. Will call them again.

Never again is the operative term. I had to move some furniture into a storage facility and bring three different pieces back to my apt. Every piece of furniture was damaged in the process. I watched them drop my dinning table three times in the space of twenty feet. They would have dropped it again if I hadn't insisted that they put it down and get the dolly before moving another step. I watched them lower a sideboard too quickly on to a dolly and shatter the wood. The skirt on my sofa was ripped off (not sure how they managed to do that). They also managed to scratch the paint off the door trims on two doors in my apt. A nightmare from start to finish. I definitely regret hiring them and cannot under any circumstances recommend them.

Mover's response:
LOL. Every piece was damaged. LOL. This what you call a coward of a man. He signed a waiver release form because his furniture was already damaged and not properly wrapped and shrinkwrapped from the start. We offer those services for a fee. However when you wrap furniture yourself we take no responsibility for it. To say we dropped his table three times is a lie. Dropped only once because the table was so poorly wrapped that it slipped out of our hands. Customer like this refuses to have properly wrap and shrink wrap his furniture is going to have problems. We have pictures of all his furniture damaged before we started so why be a coward a lie about this. He booked the job for 4 hrs however he is mad it took us 6 hrs because he had two pieces of furniture that were very difficult to move out of the apartment which took up a lot of time plus the elevator going to the 45th floor on Lake Shore Dr was very very very small and could not fit a lot of furniture in there. Also we packed two 10x15 storages very neatly. Why not mention this???? Disregard these comments instead of not being honest that he is incompetent he wants to ruin our ratings on here because he did not get his way. Disregard these comments. If you have question available anytime to speak about moving......

I had 2 UPack 28' trailers to load. On the first day they were ok a bit show but at least everyone was working. On the second day we staged the rest outside so they didn't even have to go in the house. I was concerned on the first day that they loaded boxes only and almost no furniture. I asked why this was as packing would not be as efficient. Frank argued how experienced he was, so I let it go. After 11 total hours they still had 16' of loading left. I asked why only 2.5 of the 4 workers were doing anything and how they were going to make it right. Frank got upset so I let them go. With my son and his friend we finished the job in 3.5 hours.

We just finished unloading. We had 0 broken pieces of furniture in our 16' on their 12' there were two broken pieces. They placed a table on the bottom on its legs and loaded tons of stuff on top. Needless to say they legs were separated from the table top.

I asked the guys that unloaded how long it would take then to load everything they said 10 hours or so.

Save your time, money and headache and avoid this company.

Mover's response:
This customer is not telling the truth. This was a two day job with 2 27foot trailers to load. This customer had 300 boxes to load in the first in house that was a two floor house with a basement. For him to rate us and say not use us is garbage on day one we filled one trailer 27 foot trailer with boxes only and explained to him that we to get the boxes done first then the rest. Day 2 he basically had some boxes with lots of furniture and items hard to stack. Very unrealistic to think that we could this in 4 hrs. It was going to take us 7 hrs to load this and yes all my people worked which is a lie then for him to say i got mad not true. He did not want to work anymore and told us to leave no problem. However it was taking us a long time because the items we had you could not stack easily in the trailer plus we had to be careful with a lot of furniture that they did not wrap properly. Why we hired us was crazy??? If he knows better do it yourself. The price he was charged to load two 27 foot trailers was reasonable. Disgard this review. To load two 27 foot trailers with 300 plus boxes in 10 hrs is a lie. Not true at all.

Did not wear masks. Were disrespectful to my home and belongings. Damaged my furniture and walls. Disregarded my instructions. The employee was great, the owner has a complex. I could handle the lack of respect right up until we were in my home. To complete the incredibly stressful and helpless-feeling day, I confronted the owner about his blatant damage to my furniture and he decided his best tactic was to pin it anything but himself -- me, the packers, the padding, the stairs. "We damaged it, but it's because of you." It may be just a small mistake in this man's life, but his series of many small mistakes have ruined things I care about, cost me many hundreds of dollars, and make me feel like crying.

Mover's response:
I do not agree with what she stated. We have masks however if there are breathing issues or weather hot my people can pull them down. Second all customer sign release forms with us. Because we dont not do estimates or are not sure what is going to take place with the move. Customers sign the form and release us from all liability. We did her job in a very efficient manner for the price she paid. However her table should have taken apart by the other movers. We did not mean to damage it or the walls. However her stairs were very tight and we struggled to get the table up the steps and had to dismantle it in order to get into the apartment. That was never our intention however again we do the best we can with all customer items. However there are certain things on the other end before we get the shipment there are things we can not control. Her table should have been dismantled before we even touched it. That was something the other movers or herself should have thought of. We did the best on our part however there are things that we can not control. Our crew did well. The customer was very anxious the whole time and what she failed to tell people was how far the storage pod was from the apartment and how much work we had to do just to get items to her apartment which was on the third floor. What she paid again was more than reasonable for the work we did. We did not disrespect her house which is wrong to say however she was fine during the move and now wants to lash out. I respect her feelings however despite the circumstances our crew did good and need to disregard her comments.

Professional, courteous, and accommodating. Frank is a great communicator—he reached out prior to the move, explained the process before starting, and checked in and sought input throughout. His great visual-spatial sense and “design thinking” helped pivot from a planned 12-ft truck to an actual 10-ft truck, with room to spare! They worked efficiently and completed the job under time. I would use again and highly recommend.
