This was the 2nd time we used Spratt - and I will use them again. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in communication and they were 1 1/2 hrs. late. Tim was apologetic and stopped working on another job to get someone out to help us as soon as possible. We only had 1 worker - but he worked hard and was very polite, professional, and just a nice person. Overall, we were happy with the service.

They said they were on their way late, and then suddenly canceled the move almost 4 hours after they were supposed to be here without a single word. I am in shock of the unbelievably terrible customer service and the terrible bind they put us in. If you need something moved, don't hire them.

I give these guys 5 stars. They were 40 minutes late, but they did a great job and even stayed 30 minutes over the 2 hours of unloading and finished the job. I was in on the third floor with no elevator, and we moved on a 100 degree day in Texas. I recommend them.

The boys were awesome!! It's really hot today but they worked like it was nothing. They were polite, on time, and were hard working. Tim was great too - I had to change the schedule at the last minute and he accommodated the change without blinking an eye. I would hire them again without hesitation.

They ran a little late - we agreed on 7-8, and they got there at 8:11. That may have been due to bad traffic. But they were great and worked really quickly to get everything done as soon as they arrived.

These guys were fantastic. They were running behind due to traffic and let us know exactly where they were and when they would be there. They were very efficient, hard working and packed everything neatly to where nothing moved around on our drive to our destination. They were very fast and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend Spratt Moving Services.

Very punctual. Great attitude which was helpful because our AC was not working (95 degrees out). They were efficient and got things done quickly without breaking anything.
