Relocation with Twisted taco moving
We are a small moving labor company. I chose the name for my new company with the help of my granddaughters. I asked them, "what should popop name his new company?" and "twisted tacos" was their answer! I recently opened my company because not only is it something i have been doing for years, and am good at, but i though, "hey, there are very few moving company's in my area, and their prices are a bit high, why not open my own and charge less. I can charge a reasonable price, no need to be greedy about it" It is my goal to provide stellar moving experiences for my customers, at a good price. Everybody could use help moving. Moving is a very stressful task for most, and this way i can help them have a better moving experience.

I seriously never do this but I was so disappointed at the service we received with this company and they will not respond to us now so I have no other choice. We just needed an unload service since we packed the truck and drove it to our new place ourselves. First the movers showed up 30 minutes late. When they got here, they acted like they didn’t want to do the work at all when they saw the truck. We only had them for two hours and they were moving slower than molasses, almost like they were trying to take advantage of the time. Right when they came in, they walked down our carpeted stairs staining every one of them with red clay that was on their shoes. They didn’t even care. I overheard them complaining that we did not offer them water, when we didn’t have any to give (brand new place, no groceries- maybe bring your own?). They also were not professional at all and you could tell they just didn’t want to be there. It also started raining, so they had at least an hour of rest. I understand why they took a break because of the downpour, but they only brought a few things in afterward and left shortly after. They didn’t even get half way through the 16’ truck. When we reached out again to get even a partial refund, they just ignored us. I had to spend even more money the next day on different movers. I lucked out on that one. Those second ones we hired were 1000 times better. Save yourself some money and hire Muscle Movers instead.

Showed up on time worked 10 10- degree heat and got the job done faster than I would have imagined. Michael and Nicholas, two hard working kind , courteous and efficient workers. I hope to use them again.

they were a replacement for the original company that bailed out. They were a little more money be well worth it with the tight deadline I had to get the old place vacated. they moved everything up stairs to the new apartment and managed the doorways, stairs, and tight corners without a scratch. they put everything exactly where I ask them too and went out of their way to get it done on time, I highly recommend them

I thought Nick and Frankie (?) from Twisted Taco did a fantastic job. They were hard working, punctual and got everything unloaded for us. Jessie (?) was grumpy to work with but as time went on he settled down however I don’t think this is a job for him. He has physically limitations that limits him doing his job. I would hire Nick and Frankie anytime.

We reserved 4 helpers to arrive at 9 am. We got a call at 8:45 that they were running late. They arrived at 10:30 am. 3 of the 4 helpers worked very hard and did a great job getting everything off the truck. However the 4th person was not able to carry heavy items and didn't help too much. All were very professional and got the job done within 2 hours. I have given lower rating since we paid for 4 movers and really only got 3 that were able to complete the work.

Arrived a half hour late and after they left we found an item missing. Company states they have a strict policy about theft so they doubt they took anything. Just because they have a policy does not mean it doesn't happen. Very few items were unpacked so it was very obvious this item was no longer there.
As far as your missing bottle of bourbon, I can guarantee that none of my crew touched it. They all have clean backgrounds, none of them drink, they have worked for us for years.
we even searched their vehicle to be on the safe side.
I'm sorry your missing something, but maybe you should ask the other people you had in your house that day at the same time,or see if it was misplaced in the house, because I know without a doubt, that none of my guys would ever steal.
