Scheduled to arrive between 10 and 11, they called at 10:30 to ask if they could arrive between 1 and 2 instead. Showed up at 2:30. Brought no tools or dollies. The crew consisted of the owner and two 14-16 year-old looking kids. Very slow. Turned our large wooden dresser on its side and just slid it across the floor instead of picking it up. Multiple scratches and dings on other items. Only wanted to pay for the two hours, so ended up spending the rest of the evening loading the truck myself. I would have rather just paid my friends. I was stressed out the entire afternoon.
Unloading crew was able to get everything (what J&E packed and all the rest that I loaded) unpacked and moved to multiple floors in only 2 hours no problem.

Movers were very nice and got the job done quickly. I had a few special placement instructions which they followed perfectly, and they also helped me set up a few of the very large furniture items.

They were on time. But they struggled with moving us into out third floor apartment thought we disclosed that in our request. They also damaged the wall and door frame in our brand new apartment with the couch and the dresser. I was glad I didn't have to carry everything up myself, but they could have acted like they cared a little more.

The team that arrived was quiet and prompt. Beyond politely asking for some water, each of the movers were focused and on task. Additionally, the assignment was taken from just the night before. Only two things prevented the team from a five-star review. First, we received an additional $60 charge for a bookshelf, though when weighed by our previous movers, was under the previously set 300-lb limit. Second, there was a small mess at the end (trash bags on the ground, a couple blankets not brought in from the truck, etc.) Overall, it was a positive experience, but I don't think I would go as far as to recommend them.

Josh and his team were simply awesome. Communication was excellent. He was able to pack 10 million pounds of stuff in a very tight container. I would use him again and recommend Josh and his team to anyone.

They did an excellent job moving and loading the furniture and boxes into the moving truck. They worked their tails off carrying all of it down the stairs to load the truck.
They were a little late, but the called several times to give us an update on when they would arrive.
We were very pleased with them.
