I can’t say enough good things about Gordon and his team: Marshall, Stanley and Jalen. First, my husband and I found out that morning that the budget location we reserved our truck from has gone out of business, so we were scrambling for a replacement. Even with less than 2 hours notice from us, Gordon was so flexible when we asked if we could reschedule. He was not annoyed or off put, he simply said, “we got you.” And let me tell you, they did. Marshall, Stanley and Jalen efficiently and effectively loaded our many possessions into a 15-for u haul truck. Marshall has incredible spacial reasoning, so everything fit just right and he didn’t give up until it did. Gordon checked on us in the beginning and kept in touch until the end of the job. The guys stayed until everything was done, even though it was late and so hot out. They were also really nice young men so working with them was a breeze. I’m so glad we went with I&O, they made a day that started out as a nightmare a win.

Amazing job, even arrived earlier than we booked them for after our schedule changed. I can’t recommend Gordon and his crew enough, they hustled the entire two hours in the heat and humidity. Super easy to work with and super nice, they made us laugh throughout the job! They took great care with all of our furniture and ensured we didn’t need anything else before they left. If you need movers then hire I & O, we will be using them again!

The team was kind and respectful. They arrived prepared with a dolly and brought some moving blankets in case we needed them. They packed the POD very methodically and were sure to fit something into every square inch, however it took longer than I believe it should have and we were still left with an entire POD to load ourselves. Partly because of me underestimating the time, but for four people hustling I believe the work could have been completed.
As a valued customer, your feedback is of the utmost importance to us. Unfortunately going against Hire helper and our teams suggestion of the amount of hours it would take to load 2 full pods, The second one was not loaded. Our Team strives to provide an ideal experience for our customers with proper efficient loading for your belongings to ensure a safe load and unload delivery. In good service our helpers did stay behind to assist with heavy items to make it less stressful. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
