The only good thing about my move was that they showed up on time. I've never had so much furniture destroyed. My new couch (5 mos. old) now has a whole the size of a soda can in the side where they stood it up on a wood breezeway, turned it without any blankets and ripped a whole in it on a splinter. They dropped my armoire on concrete steps, both sides have 1/4" deep dents and scratches in it. My play station 3 has a crack in it and a whole (don't know if it plays yet). I paid them for 7 hours. After 4 1/2hrs, they were in a hurry to leave and wouldn't even put my bed together. Couldn't have been more dissatisfied.
