Wouldn't recommend. The owner and workers were nice, but the overall price was very expensive. During the moving process a nice rug wasn't rolled out of the way while the movers were moving items out and was filthy afterwards. Brand-new carpet was also dirtied as two items were moved out of two rooms. I contacted the owner who seemed like he was willing to compensate us for cleaning. He asked me a few questions which I answered and then I didn't hear from him again. Customer service is lacking with this company. We hired this service as we expected that someone else would have more experience with loading a truck for long distances. When we unloaded at our destination, we discovered multiple heavy boxes were not loaded at the bottom and several of our boxes were damaged as a result. Some items were not handled as carefully as they could have been.
