Horrible experience - never showed or contacted to explain they wouldn't be able to make the job. Also didn't respond to HireAHelper when they tried to reach out on our behalf. Still haven't received an explanation of any kind, but we ended up packing the truck ourselves when we couldn't find a provider who could do the job the same day. Would never recommend if you actually want people to do the job you book them to do.

Great team of men showed up on time and worked their butt's off moving me out of my 3rd floor condo. They were fast and kind and respectful. They emptied my place in less then 1.5 hours and worked just as hard unloading once we got to my new home. Big shout out to the crew for a great experience , I would recommend you to all my friends and family.

I asked them to load furniture before boxes, they assured me they knew what they were doing,and that everything would fit. boxes, furniture, boxes.They were unable to load all furniture. I had to leave all of my living room furniture behind. I had no time to try and sell it as I was moving the next day.They scuffed my leather sofa trying to load and unload it. They dropped a box that was clearly marked as fragile. I now have to buy new furniture.. this was a very costly mistake on my part. Would not recommend this company. They had great reviews and came highly recommended. I am shocked, frustrated and frankly angry about my experience.

I think the service was acceptable. We had a 3 bedroom colonial house to move. They sent 2.5 men. I say 2.5 men because one man was supposed to be just the driver, but he ended up helping. However, this same man also had an injury to his knee and his abilities were limited. The whole ordeal took about 6.5 hours. Towards the end the movers were so exhausted that I ended up helping them move the smaller items. I think the move would have been much better if there was more man power. The men wouldn't be so exhausted and slow by the end of the move. There was some damage to some of my furniture pieces. Nothing major. There was also quite a few dings in the walls and a rather large hole by the front door at the old house. Overall the work was completed and nothing was completely destroyed.

The movers arrived in the time window given and were in touch before arrival. The movers, themselves, were great! Super diligent, friendly, and they got the job done with incredible respect for our belongings.
The process worked well with payment, but I do want to be sure the workers get their tips. I assume they do, but plan to tip cash! Moving is an awful experience and movers make it better. Tip well! :)

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
