We scheduled the appointment at the last minute. Joe, Derick and Cal arrived on time, began immediately, and were extremely careful with the items and our house. They worked tirelessly - I would definitely hire them again.

My wife said they came around noon. And they did not start right away by asking such and such questions. I believe they stared around 12:20 and had 5 minutes' break. They were supposed to work two hours, so I asked them to load heavy things first. Then a female supervisor came said that if I had paid additional $60, they would load everything in the room. So I paid. Then the supervisor came again and said I had to pay additional $ 60, if I had wanted help over two hours. When she asked me first $60, she said she would load everything in the room. But now she asked me another $ 60. I sensed that something wrong and I declined. I saw my watch. It was just after 2:10 PM. They went outside and sat in the car. The supervisor came back and wanted me to talk to one of your staff members over the phone about releasing $225.50 to them. But I heard from a message that I needed to wait for 5 minutes. The they left.
While they were loading, I dropped by my apartment office to see the manager to have a discussion about moving out inspection. I came back after 20 minutes. After they left, my wife said one of two helpers called somewhere and said something. It was hot,,,too many things.... And he did not work. My wife overheard what he said.
Before I blamed them, I have to blame HireAHelper. A guy called me on the previous day and double checked he should come around 8:00AM. But he and another guy did not show up. So, I called HireAhelper to complain. And King & Queen came after noon. It meant I was delayed four hours and I loaded things left by myself after King & Queen left.
I was supposed to arrive in State College by 5:00PM. But I left Harrisburg 5:30PM and arrived in State College around 9:00PM. Two helpers who waited for me left before I arrived and charged me $ 200. Next day morning, I hired other guys to help unload. In other words, because your two helper did not show up, I was delayed and had to pay extra money.
Please do not do this kind of messy and dirty job. I lost time and money because of you. And you did not apologize to me until I called you. I will report this problem to Better Business Bureau.

Movers worked very hard! We had a large truck to unload and they got the job done. They were very helpful, polite, and courteous. We would definitely use them again. We requested them the morning of and really appreciated that they were able to do the job on such short notice.

What a great experience!! I needed to find some moving labor help last minute since my Plan A fell through - I was able to book a crew about 3 days before my move. They were on time, had equipment, and worked their butts off. They moved me from one house to another, both locations being older properties with tricky staircases. They managed to get all items out and in with no issues with being proactive of the items and both houses. Id definitely refer them/use them again.
