Did. Not call the evening before.
Scheduled for 11 called at 8 and said they were 20 minutes. Away. I was to get the trailer at 9 and thought it would take an hour-it did. They couldn’t make it at. 11 because of another job. But could make at 6. Nope.
They said they would call back in 20 minutes.
They didn’t Someone else called and said they have been in a wreck and would be delayed until 6.
I called and demanded a refund.

Well we were very dissatisfied when the guy showed up he brought his mom there to help and while they were there they complained the whole time that he hasn’t got paid by his boss. The mother wanted to talk and couldn’t lift a lot we had to have a couple come help with the furniture and they didn’t load the truck completely. So they will never get our business again. So hopefully now one get the same people. Then he said his boss told him we called that day and said we needed someone which I had called in oct. so I can tell you we did not get our money’s worth.

If I could rate the individual workers Jay would get a 3 and Shane would get a 5+. Shane after walking thru the project understood and didn't have to be instructed again and worked constantly. Jay needed constant direction to keep him on task and had to go looking for him frequently as he was on break a lot. He did work if you found him and told him every move to make. He asked if he could smoke on/in the property and my brother told him smoke them if you have them. He did not mean to sit on the porch and smoke pot as Jay did, I asked him if his boss knows he smoked pot he said he did. Then I asked if he knew he did it at customer premises, he didn't have a answer for that. I would recommend Shane anytime but Jay needs a lot of supervision. I also do not think he should smoke pot on the job; that could be the cause of his lack of focus.

The helpers were to be here between 10 and 11 AM. No show by 12 noon I called And got voicemail. I called hire a helper. They also tried to call. Hire helper then called another mover. The other mover called me said they would be here between four and five. About 1230 the original movers called said he could be here by 1 o’clock. So I said OK and I called and had them cancel the second guy. Then the quality movers guys Showed up at 4:11 PM we were finished loading by 5 PM. The two helpers we’re good helpers. The owner is not truthful about timing.

They helped me tremendously. I had a last minute situation that I needed help with and they were able to help me unload my things. They even helped hook up my washer. Would definitely use them again.

The first helper phoned me to advise he was in the apartment complex and was very cordial and well mannered. He stated his helper was on the way and would be here in about 20 mins. 50 minutes later he showed up. In my opinion both helpers were winging it and not prepared for the job. The first helper seemed to be instructing the second helper which was not an issue but more training on time management would help. I must say though, both helpers were respectful and kept me informed of some damage issues, not of their doing.

Showed up over 2 hours after my time frame. Only worked 2 of the 3 hours I paid for - I still have not be reimbursed for the unworked hour. I had to go pick up the third person & pay for him. They loaded the truck so poorly that only half the house fit. We had to reload the truck & put all the boxes in. I paid this company over $300 to load a truck & we did 90% of the work.
