My movers were prompt and very pleasant, but they were very slow and constantly on their phones. When I looked at the final product, even though they wrapped everything they should have wrapped, it was not skillfully nor carefully loaded, it looked as if it was all just shoved in there!!. A mess!! I have yet to see how things have fared, but I am not at all confident that my belongings will be in good shape.

Mover's response:
Hey mam, everything was loaded properly with the supplies you provided, or lack there of. Not sure how we were slow when we finished within the time you reserved? We also went over numerous times with you the moving supplies you needed to have in order to do our job properly and correctly, you response was "no thanks I'll just waive liability" you had little to none moving blankets, straps, plastic wrap or anything to protect or secure anything at all within the unit. You waived full liability because you had nothing to protect your items, which means we couldn't stack or pack your items at all as they would 100% get damaged, and chances are your items will arrive damaged because we have no control over pods and you were adamant about not having or getting ANYTHING to protect or secure your items for transport. And the movers were on the phone with the their boss figuring out what they needed to do as you provided zero things for us to do our job properly, again, which is why you waived full liability. Next time please take the advice of the movers and HireAHelper and actually provide moving supplies to do your job properly, not sure if you think we're magicians or something but if you don't provide proper supplies or want to purchase them, there isn't much we can do for you. The two guys that loaded my 16 foot pod were excellent workers. No nonsense guys that worked well together and got me loaded within the time allotted. They were friendly and careful with my stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone needing labor to move belongings.

Ogre showed up on time and did about 75% of the job. They left before the move service was actually complete and just drove away without properly wrapping things up. The had said they would help with a handful of final things but they just left without finishing the job. Absolutely would not recommend or use again.

Mover's response:
Hi mam, I think you're confused, it's physically impossible to leave a job incomplete, as we do a walk thru with EVERY customer before the job is complete to ensure everything that needs to be loaded and is prepared and ready to be loaded can and has been. Then once we finished the walk thru with you, you not only were 100% happy with the service, you signed off on the job being complete and you personally released payment with hireahelper, something have dont even have the capability of doing. On top of that, you had no moving supplies to protect or wrap your items (something we said we would do if you provided supplies or purchased them from us, which I went over with you numerous times) so we had you waive full liability because you had no supplies to wrap or protect anything with. We explained to you at the beginning of your job we can not be liable for anything as you have nothing to wrap or protect your items, so said you didn't have extra money for supplies and waived liability before we started the job to begin with, so not sure how you not being able to afford to protect YOUR OWN items is our fault? Additionally you gave the guys a $100 tip for such great service, something I highly doubt would have been done if the job was incomplete. You then thanked the men and watched us load up our supplies, waving to us as we drove off. Thanks again for your business, best of luck to you.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?

What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
