The team arrived on time. They got right to work, listened to my instructions, and moved quickly. They were able to unload a 10x10 box truck full of boxes into a storage unit in 1 hour and left everything tidy and organized! It took my husband and and I 3 1/2 hours to load that truck initially, and they unloaded it in 60-minutes flat. They were efficient, careful and polite. Great job!!!

They were very creative at nestling our items in the truck to fit everything in. They were punctual and polite.

First workers didn't show up at scheduled time. Scheduled for 10 am didn't show till 1 pm asked workers why respo se was boss didn't give address. Second no communication before arriving so workers brought proper equipment. 3rd 1 worker was to busy chatting on phone and taking several breaks. It was over all the inability for them to communicate and inability or rather lack of motivation. Didn't even get half the uhaul loaded in 3 and didn't stack accordingly. Took me and family members 5 hours to nCk fill what they didn't fill in first place and that was less then 1/3 the uhaul. Now we will have to add days to the uhaul rental to be able to load it due to all 4 of us are disabled and older in age.
