They did a good job loading our things once they finally arrived. They were 2 1/2 hours late...they did call to let us know they were running late but 2 1/2 hours is a little too much.

I requested two professional movers to help me move out. First off, they show up without the rope and shrink wrap I requested. Secondly, only one of the guys was a professional mover. The other guy didnt speak any English which caused communication problems between the two "professionals" and ultimately slowed down the moving process. They didnt secure the doors to our armoire, so the doors came open and slammed against another piece of furniture and scratched and dented both of them. Our mattress was just shoved into the P.O.D. and at one point one guy tried to use his feet to shove it in . . . yes his feet were on our mattress! These guys were very unprofessional. Do not use this company.
