Kenneth and his helper were amazing. They were quick, respectful, careful and considerate of my sister’s furniture and the boxes were handled with care. Kenneth kept an eye on his time here and informed me about the first 2 hrs and how much time after that he was here. They did their best to get all the boxes on the POD, there was just too many of them. They offered to get the rest of the boxes into my garage from the house. I will hire them again.
Everyone was professional and in good communication. On time and the movers were very thoughtful in handling items, asking questions and helping to put things in specific designated areas as requested. Fantastic! Showed up on time. Stayed until the job was done even though it took an extra hour and a half. I would absolutely recommend August Movers to friends and family. I live 3,000 miles away and they treated my father just like family and helped him get his house loaded in to 2 Pods. Thank you so much!
This move ended up being easier than hiring movers/packers, which I have done in the past. This time, however, the move was from Pennsylvania to Oregon, so we packed up a POD, filled it to capacity, and hired people from "Moving fellows" to assist with the move-in. Our shipment was late, but they were accommodating. Additionally, it was New Year's Eve, and they stayed as long as we needed. We were very pleased, and highly recommend them.

Marcus and David were amazing! They got SO MUCH more packed into the unit than I expected was possible, and they did it in a professional, quick, efficient, and friendly way. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had with movers/packers of any kind!

Professional and hard working. They took very good care of the furniture. They used blankets and took doors off when needed to get furniture into rooms. Everything looks great.

Mark, Jose, and Daniel were prompt, courteous, efficient, and simply amazing in how well they packed that Pod for us. Today. After seeing how well they fit our belongings in the pod we are so happy that we didn’t try to pack the pod without them. Experienced people win!!
