What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Punctual, and communicative, the crew in charge on the moving day will contact the customer 2 hours prior the set up time, just making sure everything is in good track.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers can get ready all their belonging, if not we'll provide some plastics and bubble wraps so we can help wrapping and assembling/disassembling furniture to make easier and quicker the move.

What training do you provide your crew members?
we train our crew on actual moving jobs, teaching heavy lifting techniques, maneuver furniture with care, and handle fragile item with gentle so we don't damage any customer belonging.

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
