Amazing experience. Felipe and his helpers worked efficiently and were courteous and careful with my belongings. They worked quickly and with attention to detail and the care of my belongings. I would recommend to anyone looking with help with a move.

The 2 guys were on time and pleasant plus the girl in the office that verified details was very nice. They brought no tools or 2 wheel truck as requested. It took them a while to get started and had no sense of time management or organization. Most door frames and the banisters were badly scrapped. Items were not stacked to maximize space. Their supervisor called just before their 2 hours were up and wanted me to pay them cash for the extra hour it would take to finish the job. I did it the proper way as I wanted it on my charge card held by HireAHelper and saved $10. He assured me that they could finish the job in one more hour. At the end of their hour, they left and probably a good 15% of our items including the washer and dryer were still in the house. We had to make desperate pleas out to friends for help and ended up having to stay in a hotel that night instead of driving to our new home out of state. I would definitely not recommend The Side Guy for your move and would never use them again.

Philippe and Tony were wonderful!! They called to let me know they were on their way and showed up exactly on time. I showed they what needed to be done and they went right to work. They worked non-stop for two hours and made sure my belongings were properly loaded and protected from as much damage as possible. I certainly appreciate their hard work and promptness. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a very confusing situation with them. They were super nice for the majority of the move and got a lot of the stuff into our apartment, but towards the end the lead guy got into an altercation with the doorman and were forced to vacate the premises. It quickly became a "he said, she said" situation and I'll never know who instigated but the bottom line is that they let their tempers get the best of them and that forced me to finish unloading the truck by myself. Got a follow up phone call from the company asking for my story but never really felt like they cared about me as a customer, only protecting themselves from legal action. Got no $ back either. It was probably a rare situation but I wasn't pleased with how it was handled.
