Seems like there was no regard to what was fragile or not. Seems like their main goal was to get everything into the storage unit one way or another and they kept telling me everything would fit. At end of the day everything did not fit and because the office was now closed, we had to leave stuff in the hall until the next day when I returned and had to rent an additional unit for the remaining items. My whole life is in these storage units and I have no idea where to find anything. I don't know if anything is damaged or not and probably won't until I have a permanent place to live. I've never done this before, but it seems to me that there should be a way to stage my items and then put it away with more care than which was taken.

They did a great job, was just a tad late but when they arrived they were very courteous hard working and overall were a delight to have unloading our POD. I would definitely recommend Tom and his brother Brian again for any moving needs.

They were awesome, very polite, very hard workers and deserve a raise! I'm an a military wife who moved around for 18 years, I never saw the movers we had to use work as hard as these two young men did, and as fast, and all the while, caring about your items not getting broke.

The men who packed our POD were wonderful! They definitely knew what they were doing, and we would highly recommend them to other movers. If we would have packed the POD by ourselves, we would have done it all wrong. They made sure that fragile items were cushioned from heavier items, and everything arrived to our new home intact. We moved from Illinois to Florida, and everything arrived intact.

They arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. ready to go. Both worked quickly an effectively. They took great care in loading the furniture and still did a fantastic job using all the space in the truck. Delightful people I would definitly use again.
