I think it’s a great idea and it was very easy to schedule. Unfortunately the two men that showed up were very, very slow. Texting and using their phones. I was hustling and kept trying to keep them moving, but to no avail. I’ve had this happen before. They like to charge the standard price but I know it’s really difficult to find good help. Super frustrating when you’re paying and not given a discount and you have to watch poor help.
Also, I asked them to wear their masks and that’s not something I should be asking to a commercial company during our current crisis.
...sounds as if you just want to complain and leave a poor review in effort to get a discount...no damages & job was completed. You initially complained about one helper on his phone, now both? Guess you need to spice things up for that discount...
Have a good day! And a commercial companies shouldn't have to endure frivolous reviews from someone who's utmost effort is a discount (which you received on not being charged for flights of stairs)

They packed the load extremely well and worked hard. The only negative was they did not come prepared with tools to unhook appliances or take the furniture apart. Fortunately, we had not packed our tools.

Nice people and did a great job. They arrived on time and packed our two bedroom apartment into a 15' truck in two hours. I appreciate how they packed the truck so tight and nothing was broken upon arrival. The movers were very friendly and professional.

These guys were fantastic! Had the job done in under an hour and also helped us make sure everything fit perfectly in a smaller than expected storage building. will be using them again when we move next!

We were told they’d come with a 4 man crew, a dolly, etc. one of the crew couldn’t come so they adjusted our bill. They guys who came were polite and courteous. It took a bit more time than expected because they had no dolly

The two gentlemen who unloaded our moving van did a fantastic job in putting all our items in the storage unit as we requested. They got everything to fit in an organized manner and in less than the time allotted. They texted to let me know their arrival time which was much appreciated. We would definitely use them again.
